Meet Dehlia:
Dehlia grew up in a military family moving around frequently. She was introduced to riding at a young age when her mother started to ride again while stationed at Ft. Riley, KS. Dehlia’s background is in the Hunter/Jumper and Eventing areas where she was a professional for many years. After Jake and Dehlia moved to Americus, KS, and she started attending the AQHA VRH / NRCHA shows with Jake as his ‘Go-For’ and traveling secretary. After a while, she decided to make showing AQHA VRH a family affair. Dehlia was finally given her Amateur Card in the spring of 2024. She is enjoying learning a new and challenging discipline while being able to show along side her husband. She also enjoys working behind the scenes helping run Plain View with Jake.
